Scottish Equity Partners (SEP) has expanded its infrastructure team by appointing Adam Delaney as director of finance and Romain Keyen as associate.
Mr Delaney, who is based in SEP’s new Edinburgh office, is responsible for infrastructure fund accounting and assume the role of finance director for its utility infrastructure business, Indigo Pipelines.
He previously worked with both Grant Thornton and Baker Tilly before moving into finance management across infrastructure projects in the healthcare, education and defence sectors.

Burness boosts Aberdeen planning team
Burness Paull has boosted its team in Aberdeen by appointing Margaret Bochel as a director in its planning division.
Ms Bochel will join the law firm in September from Aberdeen City Council, where she is currently head of planning and sustainable development.
Burness said the appointment strengthens its planning sector expertise.
Ms Bochel said: “I am absolutely thrilled to be joining Burness Paull at this very exciting time for the firm. BLM, the risk and insurance law business, has appointed its team in Scotland by appointing Frank Hughes as partner.
Mr Hughes, who has a broad experience of litigation in the insurance industry, joins the team in Glasgow from DAC Beachcroft.
He is an accredited specialist in personal injury law and acts as an expert witness in solicitor’s negligence cases. He has also tutored law for many years at the University of Glasgow.

Accountancy firm Campbell Dallas has appointed Shaun Young as director of employer solutions in a move to its range of services for clients.
Mr Young will develop a new employer solutions service line within the firm’s tax consultancy group, offering existing and potential clients expertise in areas such as employment taxation, performance reward and design, share schemes, PAYE audits and tax efficient rewards.
He joins with more than 30 years’ experience in tax and employer solutions advisory services, having worked for Begbies Traynor, Schroders PLC, and most recently at Grant Thornton.
